great spot for city strolls and exploring historical landmarks
The hotel is just a few steps from the amazing shopping mall and only a 10-minute walk to the main square. Plus, the breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to start the day right.

Krakow vibes 🌆
Wow, the brekkie spread was amazing! So much variety-had a lekker start to the day with fresh fruits and pastries. The staff were chill and really friendly. The hot shower with fab pressure was just what I needed after a long day exploring!
The WiFi was a bit unreliable sometimes, but I managed to get online anyway.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the location of the hotel was very convenient for our stay in Krakow. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Tea/coffee making facilities would have been a nice addition in our bedroom.

Very nice hotel, good value for money and it is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the old town. Although the hotel doesn't have a bar, there are a few close by and a great little one nearly next door.
The breakfast was poor.

I can't believe i almost wrote a good review, but the lack of a kettle in the room was unacceptable. Plus, the air conditioning was non-existent, just a fan, made it more of an oven than a room. I definitely deserved at least an upgrade for my troubles, but alas, i was treated like any other guest.

We've had a really nice, double room with an extra bed. There was a lot of space in our room so it was really comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were good so nice toilet/shower facities on our room and a good breakfast.

the location for the old town in krakow was excellent. staff allways willing to help.
after a night out I like to return to the hotel to relax before retiring to my room, however I found the bar area very uncomfortable laid out with dinning tables and chairs. no comfy armchairs to relax in. I was also told the bar closes at 10 o'clock every evening!
